Answer: Our battery services start at just $75 for basic jumpstarts. For full mobile battery replacements (including parts and labor), prices typically range from $189.99 to $400, depending on your vehicle’s battery size, power requirements, and warranty preference.

2. Can I get a new battery delivered and installed at my house?
Answer: Absolutely! We provide mobile battery delivery and installation at your home, office, or roadside location 24/7. Pricing depends on battery size, brand, and installation complexity.

3. Where are you located? I need help fast.
Answer: We’re mobile and based all around Creve Coeur, MO, and surrounding areas, so we're always near you and ready to help.

4. What are your average wait times for battery service?
Answer: Our average wait time is 30–60 minutes, but we always aim to get to you as quickly as possible.

5. Do you test batteries before replacing them?
Answer: Yes! We offer on-site battery diagnostics to determine whether your battery needs a jump, a recharge, or full replacement.

6. What types of batteries do you carry?
Answer: We carry a wide range of OEM-equivalent batteries for most cars, SUVs, trucks, and fleet vehicles. We'll match the right battery for your vehicle and warranty needs.

Answer: We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and more.

Answer: Yes, our techs wear protective gear and maintain safe distances during service whenever possible.

9. Can I pay for battery service over the phone?
Answer: Yes! Phone payments are accepted, but the cardholder must be present and may be asked to verify identity.

10. Are you open on holidays?
Answer: We are often closed on major holidays but may take emergency calls to help you get to your destination or loved ones.

11. My battery insurance or roadside provider is closed — can you still help?
Answer: Yes. We’ll provide service, and you can submit your receipt to your provider for reimbursement. Services start at $75.

12. Do you hire battery techs or roadside workers?
Answer: Yes! If you're interested in joining our team, give us a call we’d love to chat.

13. Do you offer full mechanical services?
Answer: No, we don’t provide mechanical repairs, but we may refer you to someone who can help. Just ask.

14. My battery is new but my car still won’t start can you diagnose the issue?
Answer: We’ll do our best! If it’s not your battery, we may be able to help identify if it's an alternator, starter, or fuse issue but we don't provide mechanical repairs.

15. What if you can’t jump or replace my battery successfully do I still have to pay?
Answer: If we arrive and cannot complete the battery service (e.g., due to a mechanical issue), a partial fee of $35–$75 may still apply based on travel, time spent, and time of day.

16. Do you offer refunds?
Answer: All sales are final. However, we always strive to resolve any issues fairly. If a service cannot be completed, refunds may be partial or discretionary depending on the situation.

17. Can I get battery service now and pay later?
Answer: No. Payment is required before, during, or immediately after service. We reserve the right to request full payment upfront.

18. Do you offer battery warranties?
Answer: Yes! Battery warranty options vary based on the battery brand. Ask us about your options when you call.

19. Can you recycle or dispose of my old battery?
Answer: Yes, we properly dispose of or recycle old batteries as part of your installation service.

20. What if I cancel my battery service after paying?
Answer: If you cancel within 5 minutes, we’ll refund you in full. After that, partial or no refund may be issued at our discretion especially if a technician is already en route.
